All text, product images, jewelry designs, logos, graphics, custom engraving templates, page layouts, brand slogans and other creative content displayed on the MyPersonJew Shopify store are the exclusive intellectual property of MyPersonJew. All related copyright, trademark, design patent and other intellectual property rights are fully reserved.
No individual, merchant or third-party platform may copy, screenshot, reproduce, distribute, modify, resell or use any of our store’s content, jewelry design drafts, personalized template patterns for commercial purposes without our prior written authorization. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial exploitation will constitute an intellectual property infringement, and we reserve the right to pursue full legal remedies including account removal, compensation for economic losses and formal legal proceedings.
When placing custom jewelry orders, customers may submit personalized text, names, dates, logos, photos, symbols or graphic patterns for engraving.
You warrant that all custom content you provide does not infringe upon any third-party trademarks, copyrights, portrait rights, patents or other intellectual property, and does not contain illegal, offensive, violent, discriminatory, obscene or counterfeit material.
MyPersonJew holds no liability for any IP disputes, legal claims or compensation demands arising from custom content uploaded or submitted by customers. If third parties file intellectual property complaints against us due to your unauthorized personalized content, we reserve the right to cancel your order without refund, remove the relevant finished jewelry, and hold you fully responsible for all resulting losses, legal fees and compensation costs.
The brand name MyPersonJew, store logo and all unique brand marks are registered and unregistered trademarks belonging exclusively to our brand. Any imitation, confusingly similar trademark use, counterfeit store operation or product counterfeiting using similar brand identifiers is strictly prohibited. We will actively cooperate with platform regulators and legal authorities to crack down on all trademark infringement acts.
If you are the legal owner of intellectual property rights and believe any product or content on our store infringes your protected rights, your complaint email to ip@mypersonjew.com must include the following complete supporting materials for us to process your appeal efficiently:
1. Full contact information of the rights holder (individual name/enterprise legal name, email, phone number, address);
2. Legally valid proof of your intellectual property ownership: trademark registration certificate, copyright registration document, design patent certificate, original design source files, official authorization letter (for authorized representatives);
3. Precise links, product titles or screenshots of the store content/products you claim are infringing;
4. A sworn statement confirming you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights owner, and that the information submitted in the complaint is truthful and complete.
Upon receipt and verification of a complete, valid IP infringement complaint, we will promptly remove or disable access to the alleged infringing products/content, conduct internal investigation, and follow up on subsequent legal communications as required.
If you are a customer or supplier whose product listing has been removed due to an IP infringement complaint and you believe the removal was made in error, you may submit a counter-notification email to ip@mypersonjew.com containing:
1. Your full legal name, contact details and physical address;
2. A clear statement under penalty of perjury that the product/content was removed mistakenly;
3. Supporting evidence proving you own legal rights to the disputed design or content;
4. Your physical or electronic signature.
We will forward your complete counter-notice to the original complaining party. If the complainant does not submit formal legal action notice to us within 10–14 business days, we reserve the discretion to restore the disputed product listing.
MyPersonJew shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of intellectual property disputes between third parties, or disputes caused by customer-submitted custom engraving content. Our total liability related to IP claims shall not exceed the total order amount paid by the involved customer.
These intellectual property terms and all legal disputes related to MyPersonJew store shall be governed by the local laws applicable to cross-border e-commerce and intellectual property where our brand is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any legal dispute shall be resolved through friendly negotiation first; if negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent judicial authority of our brand’s registered location.
