Total delivery time is split into two separate stages:
- Processing Period: 5–7 business days (custom engraving, jewelry crafting, quality inspection)
- Transit Delivery Period: 7–15 business days (does not include processing time above)

Delivery & Address Reminders
Please double-check your full shipping address before submitting your order. Incomplete, misspelled or invalid address details will force our team to reach out to you for updates, which will extend your order timeline significantly.
Custom jewelry packages are subject to local customs inspection. Your country’s customs department may request extra paperwork or hold items for clearance, which will add extra days to your delivery window.
Shipments will be handed over to your local national post or regional courier based on your location. Most packages arrive alongside your regular daily mail. If no one is available to receive the parcel, your postal provider will leave a collection slip with pickup instructions.
Failure to fill out complete, accurate address information may result in the package being returned to our workshop.
